Q: WHERE IS SCREAMIVERSE EXPO LOCATED?
A: We will be located at the Berglund Center, which is located at 710 Williamson Rd NE, Roanoke, VA 24016.
Q: CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
A: Yes, until capacity at the event is reached, but tickets may sell out online before the show. Please check our Facebook page for the most up to date information.
Q: IF A GUEST CANCELS THEIR APPEARANCE, CAN I BE REFUNDED?
A: No, guests can cancel their appearance or change their appearance schedule because of other professional commitments or reasons out of the convention's control. In such circumstances, the convention and promotors cannot be held responsible. All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds for any reason.
